1月23日下午，陕西国际商贸学院与匈牙利赛格德大学合作交流会在立德楼景行厅成功举办。学校副董事长张玉洁，学术委员会丁德科，执行校长贾明远以及匈牙利赛格德大学校长罗沃・拉斯洛，副校长扎卡尔・彼得，国际部主任拜奈・陶马什，中国事务部主任曹正银出席会议。学校党政办、国际交流与合作处、药学院、医学院等有关部门负责人参加会议。
Jan 23, 2026 - A cooperation and exchange meeting between Shaanxi University of International Trade & Commerce (SUITC) and the University of Szeged (SZTE) was successfully held on Saturday afternoon in Jingxing Hall, Lide Building.
The meeting was attended by Ms. Zhang Yujie, Vice Chairman of the SUITC Board; Prof. Ding Deke, Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee; Prof. Jia Mingyuan, Executive President of SUITC; Prof. Dr. László Rovó, Rector of SZTE; Dr. Péter Zakar, Vice-Rector; Dr. Tamás Bene, Head of the International Office; and Mr. Cao Zhengyin, Director of the China Affairs Office.
Heads of relevant SUITC departments, including the University Party and Administration Office, the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, the School of Pharmacy, and the Medical School, were also present.
张玉洁在讲话中简要介绍了步长制药的发展历程，回望了学校“科教兴国、产业报国”的创办初心，强调学校始终以“立德笃学、允能躬行”的校训为引领，深耕“三结合 五赋能”应用型人才培养理念，通过深化产教融合、拓展校企合作、创新教学模式，着力培育兼具家国情怀与国际视野的复合型人才。她表示，赛格德大学深厚的办学底蕴和先进的教育理念，与学校的发展追求高度契合。此次深度交流是学校推进国际化发展战略的关键契机，期待双方在人才培养等方面打造育人样板，在师资互访中促进教育理念深度交融，在学术合作中聚焦优势领域开展联合攻关，实现教育资源互联互通与创新成果共享共赢。
In her address, Ms. Zhang Yujie highlighted the founding aspiration of “Rejuvenating the Nation through Science and Education, Serving the Country through Industry” by sharing the history of Buchang Pharmaceuticals. She stressed that the university is steadfastly guided by its motto, “Cultivating Virtue, Dedicating to Learning, Empowering with Competence, and Practicing with Commitment”, and is committed to its talent cultivation framework of “The 3-I Integration and 5-E Competencies”.
To nurture versatile talents with both a patriotic spirit and a global outlook, the university deepens industry-education integration, expands university-enterprise cooperation, and innovates teaching models, Ms. Zhang noted.
She stated that the profound heritage and advanced educational philosophy of SZTE are highly aligned with SUITC’s development goals. This in-depth exchange represents a key opportunity for SUITC to advance its internationalization strategy. Ms. Zhang expressed hope that both sides would establish a model for talent cultivation, deeply integrate educational philosophies through faculty exchanges, conduct joint research focusing on respective strengths, and ultimately achieve interconnectivity of educational resources and shared benefits from innovative outcomes.
贾明远在致辞中对匈方代表团的到访表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了学校办学情况，他指出，学校坚持“地方性、应用型、差异化”办学定位，紧扣国家“大健康”发展战略，依托步长制药企业办学优势与西咸新区创新发展机遇，深化产教融合，构建起以医（药）为核心、多学科交叉融合的学科格局，为区域经济发展输送大批高素质应用型人才。赛格德大学作为欧洲顶尖学府，在医学、生命科学等领域成果卓著，两校办学理念高度契合。期待双方以此次交流为起点，共同打造资源共享、学术互动的国际化平台，为中匈教育文化交流与区域经济发展贡献高校力量。
In his speech, Prof. Jia Mingyuan warmly welcomed the Hungarian delegation and outlined SUITC’s development profile. He highlighted that the university adheres to the educational positioning of being ‘regional, application-oriented, and distinctive’ — that is, focusing on local needs, practical skills, and unique characteristics.”
By leveraging the advantages of its enterprise-founder, Buchang Pharmaceuticals, and the innovative opportunities in the Xixian New Area, the university deepens industry-education integration. This has enabled it to build a multidisciplinary academic structure centered on medicine and pharmacy, supplying a significant number of high-quality application-oriented talents for regional economic development.
Prof. Jia noted that as a top European institution with outstanding achievements in fields like medicine and life sciences, SZTE’s educational philosophy highly resonates with that of SUITC. He expressed hope that both sides would use this exchange as a starting point to jointly build an international platform for resource sharing and academic interaction, thereby contributing their institutional strength to China-Hungary educational and cultural exchanges as well as regional economic development.
罗沃・拉斯洛对学校的热情接待表示感谢，并介绍了赛格德大学的办学历史、学科优势及国际合作布局。他特别提到，作为一所有着深厚科研传统的学府，赛格德大学诞生了包括阿尔伯特·圣捷尔吉（1937年）和卡塔林·考里科（2023年）在内的多位诺贝尔奖获得者。他表示，赛格德大学高度重视与陕西国际商贸学院的合作，愿在医学、药学、商科等优势领域，深化师生互访、科研协同与课程融合，共同打造中匈高等教育合作典范。同时，他诚挚邀请陕西国际商贸学院代表团近期赴匈访问，进一步深化互信、推动合作举措落地见效。
Prof. Dr. László Rovó expressed gratitude for the warm reception and outlined the University of Szeged's history, disciplinary strengths, and global engagement. He highlighted the university's distinguished scientific heritage, noting it is the alma mater of Nobel laureates such as Albert Szent-Györgyi (1937) and Katalin Karikó (2023).
We highly value the cooperation with Shaanxi University of International Trade & Commerce, Prof. Dr. Rovó stated. He expressed the university's willingness to deepen exchanges in faculty, students, collaborative research, and curriculum integration in shared strengths like medicine, pharmacy, and business studies, aiming to build a model for higher education cooperation between China and Hungary.
Furthermore, he extended a sincere invitation for a SUITC delegation to visit Hungary in the near future to enhance mutual trust and facilitate the implementation of cooperative initiatives.

The successful meeting has not only opened a new chapter of complementary and mutually beneficial collaboration between the two universities but also built a solid bridge for in-depth higher education exchanges between China and Hungary.
